Day 28. I’m totally in love with dancing and walking and moving. Today I had a morning house dance and an afternoon river dance with rain on my face and a breeze up my bum. I consciously walked by the river, listening to a Cosmic Gate set and understanding my feet and legs a bit more. Today was about setting my ankles free and giving them consideration. I loved the power of being outside in the air and walking to a powerful beat. It felt bloody brilliant. I had some uneven paths to contend with and some pain, but I also had an innocent spirit, always wanting to see what was around the next corner.
