Get on and Shine with Holly Honeychurch

Big girl’s chair.

Yay, creative announcement! 🎉🍾🎊

Deeper & Deeper is a new all encompassing soundscape I’ve released on Bandcamp. Dramatic, vast, resonant, effervescent. It swept me away somewhere ancient. A fantastic world of depth and light. Turn the vibrations up high.

A comment from this sweet little video - ‘If we bottled that love and shared it around, the world would be a much better place.’

Nala and Dean have been cycling round the world for three years now. This is their story. I love them so much. Their bond is magic.

Playing the best of Still Corners right now. Track 4, The Trip, reminds me of exciting times a few years ago when we travelled the country looking after a variety of cats 😻That’s where I discovered their awesome sound. Lush guitar and vocals. So good.

Come rest in the woods for a while with an enriching spring meditation.

Just swam for the first time in two years. Mermaid mode activated ⚡️Thank you sun for the post water warmth. 🌞 🧜‍♀️

Golden milk 💛

Russell Brand just gets it.

The dragon, oh she flew and she blew balls of ice in her wake. Then she was gone.

The spring snow dragon has been out in full force today but only for half an hour. A lovely experience of tiny snow balls flying around, zooming horizontally in all directions then the sun comes oot, melts them all away, nourishing the earth for the flowering yet to come.

Good snow flurry morning to you! Here are some thoughts about Patience and how to get more of the stuff. 🤪 🥰

A funky, uplifting, delicate duet from Lisa Hannigan and Loah here. And this is Lisa ten years earlier singing a happy number with her buddies. So full of joy. Love it.

My one and only house plant. Looking forward to much abundance with this mini money tree around. Welcome wee green elemental sprite! 🌳

My Meditation Lights podcast is officially launched woohoo! Here’s the intro. Join me for some refreshing, stress relieving mini meditations accompanied by beautiful harp music.

Yay! Finally a lovely new harp release from my sweet countryside cottage. Featuring a 5am dawn chorus (in Scottish 🤣), this lovely, ethereal harp journey is enthralling and magical. This is Valley at Dawn. Enjoy!

City living meant a certain level of disconnect from nature, except for my adorable pigeon friend Stumpy of course who regularly visited my window ledge. There were no insects in the city flat, something I was used to from countryside living. I’d get excited to see a tiny, spindly spider here and there. Other than that, all was quiet.

Things are different now. I encounter at least three active spiders a day, of varying sizes, seeking out homes in the lounge ready for fly catching season. I say good morning to the odd woodlouse nestling in the dish cloth 😳 and Simon helped rehouse a whole family of them from under a door frame on the very first day. There are tiny shiny beetles appearing by magic on the floors of the house. I never see them moving and I’m not sure what they’re trying to achieve as they play dead, but their petroleum colours are a delight to behold as they’re gently swept up and deposited outside again. There’s a range of flying insects and moths to rescue too. I’m sure I’ll experience even more exciting creepy crawlies as time goes on.

Before moving in, before even knowing this would be the place to make a new home, I walked around the area and money spiders started landing on me. Tiny sweet spiders - the only spiders allowed to land on me without me freaking out and running around with frantically splaying limbs. I’d forgotten they even existed until that moment and was so happy to see them again taking it as a good luck sign I was on the right path to a beautifully abundant future.

I let go of my garden tools before I went travelling so buying a few small things like a trowel, a bucket (a truly great bucket) and a bag of compost finally feels like my green fingers have returned. Working with earth and plants is one of my favourite things.

Found myself listening to this awesome Motown track tonight. Everything about it is cool. And I love the suits.

When you hear a wren go off on a massive melodic tangent singing so loud and fast that the whole tree of jackdaws joins in and there’s suddenly a symphony of birds before you.

That moment when you haven’t had a fridge or washing machine for 2 weeks and they’re now 5 minutes from being delivered 🤸🏼‍♂️💃🏾✨
