It’s not often my heart and soul explode open when someone sings but it always happens when I hear Abigail Bengson sing. The Bengson’s songs connect to everyone’s vulnerable child, sending them love. They weave loving kindness and soulful human experiences together blissfully.
I’m seriously appreciating what I made here. Hot chocolate with masala spice, sea salt and cream. Delicious combo.

The Bengsons 🌟
I ❤ The Bengsons! When I heard The Keep Going On Song last year I wept with emotive joy through their touching, raw lyrics and simple, soulful melodies. Today, I get to see them live, virtually, in concert and have my tissue box at the ready. They’re honeydew for my soul.

DnB set tonight from DJ Hybrid. It’s smooth, jungly, and nostalgic with some lushly soulful samples running through. One of my favourites from 1996 surprised me at 4m 30 with Gala - Freed From Desire. I used to loove this song and it’s cool I could dance to it DnB style. 💃🏾✨
I go so deep into the rhythms of Drum and Bass. My body loves all the different, funky beats. Muscles come alive. I’ve got exercises from my physio, to help my hips and ankles get stronger. I did them today while deep in a DnB hypnosis. Now I can feel my waist, that’s new!
The Holly and the Ivy is my favourite Yuletide song (it’s a jig!). This rendition is sung by an unusual trio of hyperactive, harmonic bunny rabbits, making it a fun, uplifting episode to brighten your day. A feel good festive listen featuring Peanut, Pumpkin and Pickles (and me).
Phenomenal set from Charlotte De Witte. I’m always grateful for the ethereal bits in techno. They satisfy my love of climbing high energetically, whilst keeping me grounded and bouncing along nicely.
A night of hard trance with some real crackers. Lots of whooping and whistling from the old timers there, me included. The clientele were beautifully weathered and fit af!! I had to sit down a fair bit, I’m still getting my dancing form back. But even then, I didn’t stop moving.
And carried on into even more colour (I ❤️ lasers and disco balls). Lasers even make squiggles now!!
Been listening to this Aly and Fila set for 4 ½ hours now. It’s 6 hrs in total and I’m bouncing off the ceiling at this point. Such a beautiful, gradual, build up. Progressive, melodic trance at its finest. Ethereal beauty and banging beats sending me to heaven. So smiley : )

Taking on a load of shelter dogs and putting hours of training into their rehabilitation is a beautiful thing to think about. And when it’s all filmed, you get to really see the hard work in action and the dream coming to life. Today they had a day off beginning with puppucinos.
