30 Days of Affirmations.
Day 5. Confidence when moving.
- I walk with ease.
- I move with grace.
- Dancing is life for my soul.
If I Can’t Have You - Tony Di Bart. Wow, this song takes me back to a time when I barely knew who I was on the dance floor 😸 I still think it’s super groovy with lots of funky vibes.
Thanks Anna Gram, for a fab set of tunes.
The lights were really something tonight.
Clubbing on a Monday?! Ooooo you naughty girl.

Techno lovers rejoice! Found D.Dan. 🥳 This set of his is unreal. It’s hypnotic, melodic, raw, heavy, pumping, funky, intelligent techno. Loving this so much. It’s a real jounrney. He’s coming to Glasgow soon, woo! 🤸🏼♂️
30 Days of Affirmations.
Day 3.
- I am supported in all I do.
- I am positivity personified.
- I choose freedom and release all things that block an open pathway.
A Copenhagen from the wonderful Freedom Bakery today. Complemented with a cup of Assam tea (with added milk and sugar of course). What’s your favourite drink and Danish combo?
It’s not often my heart and soul explode open when someone sings but it always happens when I hear Abigail Bengson sing. The Bengson’s songs connect to everyone’s vulnerable child, sending them love. They weave loving kindness and soulful human experiences together blissfully.
I’m seriously appreciating what I made here. Hot chocolate with masala spice, sea salt and cream. Delicious combo.
I pray my rage is a fire that cleans my mind out and makes me ready to listen
I pray my rage is a fire that cleans my mind out and
Makes me ready to listen
I pray my pain is a river that flows to the ocean that connects my pain to yours
And I pray my happiness is like pollen
That flies to you
And pollinates your joy
Oh boy
Is that possible?
I don’t know!
I don’t know!
We are making this up as we go!
I ❤ The Bengsons! When I heard The Keep Going On Song last year I wept with emotive joy through their touching, raw lyrics and simple, soulful melodies. Today, I get to see them live, virtually, in concert and have my tissue box at the ready. They’re honeydew for my soul.
30 Days of Affirmations.
Day 2.
My emotions have had a direct link to my fingers for far too long now. I don’t need to bite them anymore.
- I am safe.
- I am in harmony with life.
- Today, I abandon old habits.
I see a deep, dark cavernous kingdom where Balrogs and Dragons reside. There’s golden gold down there. This track is darkness and light. Beautiful harmonies and deep bass sing together in ethereal bliss. You’ll soar in its majesty. The most satisfying harmonies I’ve ever created.
30 Days of Affirmations.
New moon eclipse in Sagittarius. The world is your oyster. Give yourself permission to ask for what you want.
- I succeed in fulfilling my authentic dreams.
- I acknowledge my own self worth. I am more than enough.
- I am a powerhouse of ideas.
Let’s all get down with the whales this Friday. Here’s Kevin James with an awesome pick me up of joyful song ~ Dance with the Whales. Love the energy of the second half. Let’s get groovy! 🐳💃🏾✨🕺🏽🐳

DnB set tonight from DJ Hybrid. It’s smooth, jungly, and nostalgic with some lushly soulful samples running through. One of my favourites from 1996 surprised me at 4m 30 with Gala - Freed From Desire. I used to loove this song and it’s cool I could dance to it DnB style. 💃🏾✨
I go so deep into the rhythms of Drum and Bass. My body loves all the different, funky beats. Muscles come alive. I’ve got exercises from my physio, to help my hips and ankles get stronger. I did them today while deep in a DnB hypnosis. Now I can feel my waist, that’s new!
The Holly and the Ivy is my favourite Yuletide song (it’s a jig!). This rendition is sung by an unusual trio of hyperactive, harmonic bunny rabbits, making it a fun, uplifting episode to brighten your day. A feel good festive listen featuring Peanut, Pumpkin and Pickles (and me).
Phenomenal set from Charlotte De Witte. I’m always grateful for the ethereal bits in techno. They satisfy my love of climbing high energetically, whilst keeping me grounded and bouncing along nicely.
