Get on and Shine with Holly Honeychurch

And this pixie too.

Oh my goodness. I get to hang out with this little ball of joy all week. 🥰

Mum: Are you awake?
Me: (completely comatosed under the covers, dreaming of red lasers coming out my arms and zapping an alligator to smitherines with them) No

Lots of red bricks.

London St Pancras.

I went to a shiny London wedding full of fun and laughter and kids with balloons running riot around the ceremony. 🎈

Skateboard Central.

It went so high!

What fun. There were no safety warning signs when I was a kid 😃

The Millenium Bridge. Southbank. Friday night. The vibe was pumped full of music. Thousands of people were out celebrating the beginning of the weekend. Happy faces, delicious smells. An exciting place to be.

London calling.

A catto who doesn’t let anything stop her. She’s nicknamed Peggy. 😊

Such a handsome boy. I could just dive into those eyes. 😻

I’m in a rustic, French style cafe called Tartine in Tooting, London. The air is relaxed and calm. Soft jazz piano plays in the background while the busy, hot street beyond carries on it’s daily grind. I’ve indulged in a white chocolate mille feuille and cappuccino. Life is good.

No catto can resist the purple ribbon of power.

Meet Bagheera.

So weird. Shopping in a church.

After a month in the countryside, it’s great to be back in the hustle and bustle of life. This morning I had coffee and croissants in the Little Pickle Deli, Bournemouth. Smiley people, fresh feel, vintage style. Cappuccino was strong! Happy to be back in the whizzy funky vibe.

Last morning with this little bubble. You can see how concerned she is about this.

We’re moving out tomorrow. I packed our whole life into a van today and made the house sparkly clean. It’s a busy day for a housesitter.

I got the urge to dance in the fresh new space left behind. So I did.

Hard and fast.

It was epic.

During the dance I discovered new things about my legs. I felt my heels connect with the ground more. My feet were flatter as they sank down into the floor. Sensations, like happy relaxed muscle spasms buzzed up my legs into my groin and hip area where they settled. I stretched my groin and pelvis outwards which opened up my whole torso. I immediately became taller and more elegant. I did this small movement of pushing my pelvis forwards over and over in time with the music. It felt right. My body felt peaceful and settled in itself as I did it. It was powerful. My lumber region sang with relief and lightness. There was more space down there all of a sudden. Everything opened up and my body felt blissful.

All the while this was going on, I was listening to a beautiful hard trance set on my new wireless headphones. 😃

The way to self-discovery is so different for each person isn’t it?

This is my way. My solace.

Dance and CBD are my solace. These two elements combined give my body such passion and power. It’s like an alchemy for my muscles. It makes them calm and more responsive. I can find it hard to feel much in my legs so the CBD gives me a reference point for my body to start working from. It brings a kind of heaviness to my muscles and from there I can sense them and challenge them through the dance music I love. I’m so grateful to have discovered this plant medicine. It helps my longevity and happy sense of well-being.

Tonight Gareth Emery took me on a high energy musical journey. Some melodic memories with a fresh new sound. I even clapped without being asked 😉 now how about that?

Find what you love to do and keep doing it.

DJ’s can be so bossy. Put your hands up, everybody get down, jeees give us a break, we’ll put our hands up when we want to ok! 😁 The music sells itself right? I love it all anyway but two of my favourite, most humble of DJs and their sets are Alex M.O.R.P.H. and Ferry Corsten. Such power through their gradual builds and mind expanding melodies. Super vibrant music and dignified performances at the same time. 🎶.

Today I’m listening to an awesome soundtrack. Tomorrowland is a dance music festival like no other. And four stages are live-streamed. A chance to shake your booty round the kitchen. Let’s get pumped. Check out the line-up. Beats for everyone.🎶

I love this Corncatto
