What can you do to make yourself feel nourished today?
Me: Make bean casserole with rainbow veggies.
I appreciate the little town where I live in Scotland. They make a lovely effort throughout the year to celebrate the seasons and it makes everyone happy.
Whale song & Sunshine harp. A blissful journey into a deep embrace.
I was elated by the magic of the arctic blast recently. Along with sub zero temperatures came bright, beaming sunshine and sparkling, shiny snow crystals. I’d gather them in my hands and watch them in all their sunlit glory.
Into the Land of the Snow Crystal was inspired by it.
A Christmas gift if you wish. Here are some free download codes for my album Craobhan, which means Trees in Scottish Gaelic. Full of birdsong, ethereal voice and magical harp, it’s a little treasure. 🎄🎄🎄

Sweet friendship story about a man and a husky in Paris.
Solstice blessings everyone. As the sun begins to return, I call in abundant miracles for the golden year of light ahead.
May I be free from pain and have the courage to strive forward into a healthy future of ease.
I dance on this journey with smiles and laughter reminding myself and others about worthiness. Reminding us to shine.
May I accept how my stars align. May I see everything as a new adventure. May I swim like a mermaid whenever the urge takes me 🧜♀️
I let go of fear. I remember to trust and I trust that I will be looked after. I release the need to take things personally and react too sensitively. I forgive.
May I greet each day with joy. May I dive ever deeper into my creative spark. May I let go of past resentments and choose love.
I am pure energy and sparkle with celestial light.
Yes.
I absolutely love cats so I made an amazing purrscape and a magical, relaxing harp journey. I can’t wait to have my own cat one day…I can only begin to imagine the mischief she’ll get up to when I try and record harp sessions 😸I’m looking forward to the chaos 😊
Cosmic cat purrs and healing harp strings is an online event tonight Saturday 17th Dec 9pm GMT. A beautiful and hypnotic purrscape with bright, pure harp strings sailing you away to cosy comfort. Enter a sacred sound space with feline power. A cat’s purr is a relaxing experience.
Zola Blood are melancholic and haunting whilst being totally funky and uplifting. With such a combination of sound and rhythm, I find myself soaring high with the vocalist. Here’s their album Infinite Games from 2017. I’ve had many an adventurous car journey to this music.
Apparently these icicles were as high/long as a house 🧊😵💫 ❄️ ☃️ but the perspective doesn’t show on a phone.
I can’t go on long walks without my feet protesting but my lovely Simon can. I’ll be gradually adding some photos of the glorious settings he visited on the way to a magical waterfall yesterday. Let’s begin his walk here.
Do not be afraid, for I have redeemed you.
I have called you by your name;
you are mine.
When you walk through the waters,
I’ll be with you;
you will never sink beneath the waves.
When the fire is burning all around you,
you will never be consumed by the flames.
When the fear of loneliness is looming,
then remember I am at your side.
When you dwell in the exile of a stranger,
remember you are precious in my eyes.
You are mine, O my child,
I am your Father,
and I love you with a perfect love.
Words by Gerard Markland based on four verses from the Book of Isaiah, Chapter 43.
